EIC SUMMER SCHOOL 2016

Hi everybody!

During five weeks we have enjoyed at EIC Summer School, a programme within the EIC SUMMER CAMP for students who need to improve and revise their English .

All skills will be covered: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening as well as kinaesthetic activities. Reduced groups with 4 hours of classes every morning. 20 hours per week.

In the afternoons they can do nautical activities, judo and other activities on the programme run by monitors from EIC.

5th week: EIC Younger Summer Camp 2016

Hi everybody!

It’s the last week! The time flies when you are enjoying a lot!

Well, during the fifth week, children have done incredible things.

EIC SPANISH SCHOOL 2016

Bienvenidas familias,

EIC SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMMES es un programa dirigido a niños y jóvenes que quieran aprender el castellano. Se imparten 20 horas de clases semanales en clases reducidas. Por las tardes se suman a las actividades que ofrece el programa Summer Camp.

Durante estas semanas se realizaran diversas actividades, tales como:

– Gramática y vocabulario siguiendo el libro «español 2000».

 – Visionados de vídeos culturales de la sociedad española y posterior trabajo de comprensión oral.

 – Realización de proyectos con temática deportiva, cultural o geográfica y exposición oral.

 – Juegos relacionados con el aprendizaje de la lengua española.

 – Excursiones por la Tarragona romana.

EIC SUMMER SKILLS: GOLF and FOOTBALL

SUMMER SKILL- GOLF:

Programa intensivo por las mañanas dirigido por el entrenador Andy Gordon de Lumine Golf. Curso especial para participantes de l’EIC Summer Programmes 2016. Lunine Golf ha creado un programa de desarrollo estructurado que permita a los niños progresar y aprender en un entorno divertido. Todos los aspectos del golf se trabajarán: el juego, el juego corto, teórica, reglas, etc. El entrenador estará continuamente desafiando a los participantes a mejorar sus habilidades de golf y desarrollo físico!

 

SUMMER SKILL- FOOTBALL:

Programa Smart Football, dirigido por los entrenadores con una calificación equivalente a UEFA Pro que han diseñado esta metodología basada en el cerebro y su capacidad plástica. Es un modelo de aprendizaje de enriquecimiento cerebral con el objetivo de formar jugadores inteligentes y creativos. Durante esta semana alternarán entrenamiento, smart football y partido. La Dirección del programa les hace entrega el primer día de la camiseta del Campus Fútbol Salou y el último día de un diploma, SmartFootball a todos los participantes.

The last gymkhana! Finding Pokémons!

Hi everyone!

During this week, our children are thinking about a new game called “Pokemon go”. Do you know what is it?

Well, it is a huge multiplayer online GPS-dependent game app developed by Niantic that engages people to search areas to find Pokemon in the real world with the use of augmented reality. It uses GPS coordinate to mark the location of various Pokemon within real-life views captured by the phones’ cameras. To play with this, we have to be physically near targets on the map to interact with them.

So, we thought about it, and we wanted to motivate our children with this game, for that reason, we made a gymkhana around all the school!

We made various groups and gave them a map of the school. Before that, our staff hid all the pokemons’ photos and the tracks.

Finally, we gave them lollipops and for the winners more surprises!

4th week: EIC Younger Summer Camp 2016

The fourth week of this Younger Summer Camp, the children have done a lot of activities, such as judo, outdoor games, gymkhana, gardening, sports, arts and crafts and more.

The fourth week of this Little Summer Camp, the children have done a lot of activities, such as arts and crafts, gymkhana, outdoor games, treasure hunt and more. All of them have enjoyed a lot!

SHERBORNE SCHOOL (Reino Unido) 2016

EIC y British Summer colaboran para ofrecer diversos programas de habla inglesa.

El programa Sherborne School (Reinio Unido) es un programa para todas las edades en pleno campo inglés, pero a penas pocos minutos a pie del centro de la abadía de Sherborne. Es un centro que combina lo mejor de un programa residencial para primeras salidas, con las necesidades de los estudiantes más mayores que se alojan en la residencia de la escuela adyacente.
